Where Creative Vision Meets Systems Intelligence.
OUR MISSION
Driving a Regenerative Future

The world is entering a new era — one where creativity, technology, energy, and environment no longer operate as separate domains. They are becoming interdependent systems, shaping how communities live, create, and connect. Majesty has evolved as a company in anticipation of this shift.
Formed in 2015 as a Louisiana Limited Liability Company, Majesty Pictures began as a studio rooted in traditional storytelling. But as the demands of the Fourth Wave emerged — AI acceleration, regenerative design, decentralized infrastructure, and the need for new forms of cultural architecture — Majesty evolved into something more foundational: a creative systems company focused on designing the frameworks that future ecosystems will require.
Operational Integration
Majesty’s work bridges imagination and structure, bringing together innovation, intelligence, and design so that creators, institutions, and communities can build what yesterday’s tools could not support.
Rather than predict the future, Majesty constructs the systems through which the future can take shape.
Majesty’s two divisions demonstrate a guiding principle: Creativity becomes architecture. Architecture becomes ecosystem. Ecosystem becomes opportunity. They are two expressions of one integrated future-building platform.

WHO WE ARE
Meet the Leadership Team
Majesty operates through a decentralized leadership alliance model — a framework where expertise is distributed rather than hierarchical, and where leadership emerges through collaboration, intelligence, and shared purpose. This allows Majesty to build systems that match the complexity and interdependence of the worlds they are designed for.
Southern Innovation Management Sphere is the systems and innovation division of Majesty and is guided by a network of world-class architects, engineers, scientists, and strategists whose collective experience spans some of the largest and most complex projects on the planet. These include leaders in advanced materials, regenerative design, large-scale infrastructure, hydrological engineering, geospatial planning, and emergent energy systems — as well as financial consultants who have shaped Fortune 500 strategy and global-scale development initiatives.
These leadership alliances drive Majesty’s ability to design the integrated ecosystems required for the Fourth Wave: environments where water, power, data, culture, and community must function as interconnected, adaptive systems. Their work forms the structural backbone for everything Majesty builds.
Majesty Pictures Studios' leadership alliances are a constellation of creative and technological pioneers whose work has shaped the evolution of entertainment for more than four decades. This includes content creators, entertainment executives, early innovators of digital filmmaking, virtual production specialists, streaming platform architects, and experts in AI, blockchain, and next-generation digital toolchains.
Collectively, they have contributed to industry-defining breakthroughs — from early 2D-to-3D conversion and DVD development to pioneering virtual production pipelines, immersive design, and the first feature-length VR motion picture. Their expertise drives Majesty Pictures Studios’ decentralized entertainment ecosystem and its expanding suite of Fourth-Wave creative frameworks.
FRANK C. SCHROEDER
FOUNDER
Managing Partner Majesty Pictures A Louisiana Limited Liability Company

Frank C. Schroeder's career has unfolded across the converging worlds of entertainment, technology, infrastructure, and innovation. Over more than four decades, his work has consistently bridged disciplines by seeing the world anew — revealing patterns and opportunities long before they became visible to industries themselves.
Beginning in traditional media, he produced award-winning projects across network television, theatrical feature films, book publishing and music, working with Grammy-winning artists, major sports networks, and storytellers across genres. These early experiences ignited a fascination with the mechanics behind creativity: how content moves, how audiences behave, how technologies transform possibility, and how systems either empower or limit what creators can build.
This curiosity led him beyond filmmaking into strategic roles shaping distribution, market strategy, and emerging media. As the founder of Premier Pictures Releasing Company, his 35-year-old boutique theatrical releasing company, his pioneering exploits have garnished him critical acclaim from the Hollywood Report to Sports Illustrated magazines.
HIs leadership also extended into the development and public offering of a home video distribution company, giving him rare insight into the financial and operational infrastructure of entertainment. Through this process he recognized a deeper structural entertainment opportunity as Hollywood’s runaway production costs were seeking greener pastures.
In 2002, Mr. Schroeder would author the original business model that became Louisiana’s motion picture tax credit program, the first of its kind in the country. That model revolutionized how film’s in the U.S. are financed today with forty plus states over time adapting this model’s approach.
Over time, his career expanded into a domain few creative leaders occupy: the architecture of creative ecosystems themselves. He consulted on the development of studio facilities and entertainment villages across the United States and abroad, working at the intersection of real estate, technology, workflow design, and community integration. These experiences revealed something critical: the future of creativity would depend not on single projects or platforms, but on systems. This insight laid the foundation for Majesty.
Mr. Schroeder’s systems-based approach now extends into areas previously assumed to be unrelated to entertainment — regenerative energy, hydrological engineering, advanced materials, AI frameworks, blockchain architectures, and decentralized collaboration models. Whether developing energy infrastructure, envisioning new secure computing frameworks, building digital backbones, or designing Fourth-Wave ecosystems, his work reflects a single through-line: the belief that creativity is at its strongest when supported by intelligent, resilient systems.
Majesty is the culmination of that belief. Not a traditional studio. Not a technology company. But a Fourth-Wave creative systems enterprise shaped by decades of cross-industry experience — and grounded in the conviction that the future is built by those who can see the connections others overlook.
